As a makeup artist, I think the brows are the most important part of any makeup routine. You can have the most perfect smokey eye or your highlight and contour could be on point, but if your brows are a mess... then the whole look is a mess. And if the brow is PERFECTION, then you can get away with just a swipe of lipstick.
Many people like different kinds of eyebrow looks. Some like it just naturally filled in and some like a full-on "instagram" eyebrow. I personally prefer brows to look natural. The "snatched"/ instagram brows look great in photos, but they just are not for real life. They're too heavy and can overpower the face. In this 2 part tutorial I'll be showing you how to do a perfect in between. These eyebrows will work for any look. They will look great on camera and even better in person!

Know Your Shape
What people don't usually know is that its super easy to find your perfect brow shape. Say buh-bye to eyebrows that are "just not right" by following these easy steps!
Step 1: Brush them up!

Brush your eyebrows with a brow spoolie. This will put your brows in place giving you the basic idea of how your brows should look and the stray hairs that you might want to remove.
Step 2: Three Points

Where should your eyebrows start? Make a straight line from the corner of your nose up to your brows.

Where should your arch be? Make a straight line from the middle of your lips and the middle of your eye.

Where should your eyebrows end? Make a straight line from the middle of your lip to the corner of your eye.
Ciari's Quick Tip:
First time doing this? Use a nude pencil and draw dots on the 3 areas on your brow and connect the dots to get a better view of the shape. Also, trace the shape of your eyebrows underneath. This will make it easier for your to clean up the stray hairs.

.
Step 3: Clean it up!

Pluck out the hair that grow too far from where your eyebrows should be. BE CAREFUL of over plucking and avoid plucking hair above your eyebrows.
There you go! 3 steps to a better eyebrow! Please check out Part 2 of this tutorial. :)
Thanks to my friend Isa for lending me her eyebrows! :D
