How to: Daytime Look in 5 Easy Steps

Here's how you can use the Loreal La Palette Nude in Rose or whatever nude palette you already have.
Begin by applying your base properly. Your goal is for it to look like actual skin. Not too matte and definitely not overly highlighted and contoured.
Ciari's Quick Tip:
Is your skin oily? Don't skip the moisturizer. When oily skin is stripped of moisture, your skin will NOT stay oil-free, but it will actually produce MORE oil to rehydrate itself. Properly moisturize your face and apply a primer to keep the oiliness away.
Do you have hooded eyes or monolids? No worries! An easy way to do your eyeshadow is to keep your eyes open and keep looking straight ahead- closing your eyes only to blend. This way, you know exactly where your eyeshadow will end up!
Step 1:
Prime your eyelids with some eyeshadow primer.
Apply the shadow all over the eyelid - From the lash line until the crease.
Step 2:
With the brush from the palette - define your crease in a back and forth motion.
This step defines your eyes.
Step 3:
Make your eyes look bright and open by highlighting the inner corners of your eye and your brow bone.
You can stop here for a No-makeup look! :)
Step 4:
To kick it up a bit, take a darker shade and intensify your crease. Move back and forth making sure to blend.
You can use the brush in the palette or a Pencil-like eyeshadow brush like the MAC 219.
Step 5:
Finish the eye look with your favourite eyeliner.
Keep your eyes open and hold a mirror a bit below your nose. This makes eyeliner application much easier than just looking straight at the mirror.
Finish off your face by applying some powder, blush and your favourite lipstick! :D
